Leading education and training programs for railway professionals in rolling stock management
Developing curriculum and specialized courses on modern railway technologies
Led a workforce of approximately 2,600 employees with an annual revenue budget of Rs. 300 Crore
Successfully planned and executed the first major overhaul of the first indigenous semi-high-speed train of India, i.e. Vande Bharat trains, in record time
Transformed the diesel shop into a multifunctional MEMU/DEMU/DSL maintenance facility
Significantly increased POH outturn of train sets (MEMU and DEMU coaches)
Improved staff morale through strategic facility remodelling
Managed approximately 2,800 employees with an annual revenue budget of Rs. 350 Crore
Received Workshop Efficiency Shield for 2020-21 on Northern Railway
Initiated and established the IOH (SS-1) schedule for LHB coaches (June 2019)
Launched POH of LHB coaches (October 2020)
Achieved Green-Co Gold rating (January 2021)
Led COVID-19 response efforts, including production of 187 isolation coaches

Oversaw design and development of air-brake systems and coupler systems for freight cars
